(CAS), relocated its Dallas headquarters on Monday, May 5 to a 62,402 square-foot leased space in downtown Dallas to accommodate its growing staff and operations.

Riverstone and its parent company, CAS, have leased two consecutive floors in Renaissance Tower. Renaissance Tower is a 56-story office tower in the Dallas Central Business District known for its distinctive double "X" lighting and rooftop spires. The new headquarters will house 225 employees.

"We have experienced more than 200 percent growth in the past two years," said Terry Danner, CEO of Riverstone Residential Group. "As a result, we have increased our staff, which made it imperative to expand to one of downtown Dallas' larger office towers."

Since 2006, Riverstone was headquartered at Bryan Tower on Olive Street in downtown Dallas.
